Dr. Sean McCaffrey
Known to his patients as the “doctor’s doctor,” Dr. Sean has spent more than two decades getting to the root of chronic, unresolved health issues — not just managing the symptoms. ePeeGen is that same clinical philosophy, bottled for daily life.
Trained in the classics. Restless to go further.
As a digestive health specialist with a post-doctoral license in internal health, Dr. Sean was among the first physicians in the U.S. to be certified as an Internal Health Specialist. He built the McCaffrey Method by pairing modern diagnostic technology with his own proven technique — and by seeking out the treatment knowledge of old masters that most of modern medicine had left behind.
That same curiosity is why he's spent years training other post-doctoral physicians in internal health, and why ePeeGen exists at all: patients kept asking for a way to bring a piece of the clinic home with them.
A doctor's doctor, on paper too.

Four generations of natural health, and counting.
Dr. Sean comes from a family with deep roots in natural health and wellness, giving him early exposure to a whole-body approach to care and generations of clinical experience.
Building on that foundation, he earned a BA in Military History from Blackburn College and a BS in Biological Studies from Logan College before completing his Doctorate of Chiropractic at Logan University of Health Sciences. He then expanded his training into internal health, completing post-doctoral studies under Dr. Howard Loomis and earning licensure in Internal Health through the state of Wisconsin.
That combination of family influence, formal education, and advanced training helped shape the comprehensive approach to health and wellness he uses today.
Healthcare shouldn't be a guessing game, and it shouldn't stop at the symptom. My whole career has been about finding what's actually causing a patient's chronic stress — mechanically, emotionally, nutritionally — and giving the body what it needs to heal itself. ePeeGen is how I get to keep doing that for the people who can't make it into the clinic every week.
