Simply place your specimen in back in the box and mail to us. You’ll receive your results around 5-7 business days.

When you receive your kit

    Place Ice Brix in the freezer
  • 2
    Collect your sample for 24 hours – refrigerate during collection
  • 3
    Mix urine and pour sample in the specimen cup and seal
  • 4
    Place specimen cup and ice brix in the specimen/bio hazard bag and seal
  • 5
    Place specimen form in the out side pocket of the specimen/bio hazard bag
  • 6
    Place specimen/bio hazard bag inside the padded pre-paid envelope
  • 7
    Mail back to the laboratory for processing (instructions in box)
